We are looking for a talented HR Manager who will play a critical role in the selection and management of our growing team off volunteers.
In this context, he/she will ensure that our team is fully staffed and is offered a positive volunteer experience. In particular, he/she will:
Support the recruitment of volunteers (posting job description, arrange interviews etc.)
Create an HR package comprising policies, templates and forms with a particular focus on volunteering agreement template and an on-boarding process which will ensure great support to our newly recruited contributors.
Degree and/or experience in the field of aid and development is an asset
Excellent organizational skills
